Canada minted a set of quarters for 1999-2000 commemorating the new millenium. As far as individual coins, I did find this:

The sets I found do not depict a dove, or the peace theme. Can you post a picture of the coin? There were 24 quarters in the set form that period.

I also have a Canada post millenium dove, still in the silver case issued for the millenium. I cannot find a currency on my coin but it the same size as a nickel.

Are you refering to the Millennium Medallian?

It is listed in my Charleton's under quarters. Though not silver.

The value listed for the on illistrated is nominal, $1.

The sets were 12 coins, the silver set being worth $35, single silver coins at $2.
