Resubmitting or living with grades
You can go to the certifications and expand, and you’ll see more small marks on the cheek of the 1946-D than on the cheek of the 1947-D, which got the lower of the two grade. And at MS-62 to 63, we’re basically talking silver melt on these coins. more info
